FELDTHOUSE COLLABORATION SERIES

If you are unfamiliar with the incredible custom woodworking skills of Ryan and Chanti Feldthouse, you absolutely must go check out some of their work!

I became fast friends with the Feldthouse family on Instagram after I purchased their Feldthouse Weave tutorials online, with the goal of making a cutting-board inspired guitar body for a custom shop build. After talking to them for a bit, Ryan sent me one of their cutting boards that had a defect that made it unsellable to them in the hopes I could salvage it into a guitar body.

I designed a smaller headless version of my Moon Elite body shape to fit the cutting board dimensions, and got to work gradually on the Feldthouse Moon Elite. Since Ryan donated the incredible body blank, I decided the finished guitar would be a free giveaway promotion.

After the positive reception from the release of that first guitar, we decided to do an entire line of Feldthouse/Moon guitars utilizing my different body shapes and their different weave patterns. More details about the forthcoming models will be posted here as they come to fruition, so stay tuned!
